I’m Lauren, a CT-based graphic designer! For a little context, when I was little, I was obsessed with puzzles (still am), and nothing brought me more joy than finding and connecting all the little pieces to make a beautiful image. That love of problem-solving combined with my passion for art led me to study graphic design and advertising at Quinnipiac University. After completing my Bachelor’s in both fields, I started working as an Art Director, where I have continued to grow my skills as a designer and a communicator.
why i design
What I love about design is the ability to something that truly connects with another person, whether it is informative, influential, or even something they can find humor in.
As a designer, I take pride in bringing humanity to both digital and physical experiences. I do this through user research, learning from designers who came before me, and ideating multiple solutions. I view design as a balancing act between type, color palette, images, and meaning.
